M23 elbow assembled welding connector is a high-performance connection product designed for industrial cable connection, with a 90° elbow structure to cope with special use environments. 1. Product Features
The connector optimizes the spatial layout with a 90-degree elbow design, reduces the bending stress of the cable, and is suitable for scenes such as industrial automation and equipment control. The main body adopts an assembled structure, which is quickly locked by a nut, and is matched with a coccyx wire clamp to stabilize the cable. It is easy to install and vibration-resistant. The shell has IP67 waterproof and dustproof performance, and the built-in shielding layer effectively resists electromagnetic interference to ensure the stability of signal transmission. The material is made of high-strength alloy, which is corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant, suitable for -20℃~120℃ environment, and takes into account durability and reliability.
2. Product size and number of pins
The product provides two mainstream models:
Model 1: Male head 78mm, body diameter 58mm, connection section diameter 52mm, suitable for PG11 interface, and M2×1 thread fixing position (0.26 specification) is reserved at the tail;
Model 2: Female head 75mm, body diameter 52mm, tail integrated 0.26 specification interface, suitable for compact space layout.
The number of pins covers 6, 7, 9, 12, 16, 17, and 19 pins, and both male and female pinholes support customized layout (such as N, X, and Y layouts), meeting the diverse needs from simple signals to complex data transmission, and adapting to different device interface standards.
