The connector optimizes the spatial layout with a 90-degree elbow shape, reduces the bending stress of the cable, and is suitable for narrow installation environments; the plastic shell has weather resistance and insulation properties, meeting the IP54 protection requirements; the standard 7/8-16UN standardized threaded interface is compatible with mainstream industrial equipment; the nut locking structure ensures a stable connection and strong vibration resistance; 3-pin core-5-pin core optional configuration, covering the signal/power transmission requirements of multiple scenarios, and the male and female pins adopt differentiated hole arrangement (such as 3-pin core is a 3-hole ring distribution, and 5-pin core contains a positioning hole design) to ensure the accuracy of plugging and improve system reliability.
2. Product size and number of pins
The product provides two main body length specifications: male head 67.4mm (with external thread extension section) and female head 61.1mm, both of which are suitable for 7/8-16UN interface (inner diameter ±0.02mm tolerance), tail length 50.4mm, taking into account both strength and lightness. The number of pins covers 3/4/5 pins. The male pin adopts a central positioning hole + peripheral ring distribution (such as 1 central hole + 3 peripheral holes for 4 pins). The female pin optimizes the conductive performance with a symmetrical layout, adapts to different signal protocols, and provides users with diversified configuration options.
