1. Product Features
The straight plug is based on vacuum sealing technology. The shell is made of phosphor copper and nickel-plated. It has high conductivity and corrosion resistance, and can resist erosion in military environments such as salt spray and humidity. The outer nut fixing structure uses a threaded locking mechanism to ensure that the plug and the socket remain firmly connected under severe vibration or impact, preventing signal interruption due to mechanical loosening. The semi-circular metal anti-misinsertion device adopts an asymmetric groove design, which only allows the matching model of the plug to be inserted in one direction, effectively avoiding the risk of interface damage or short circuit caused by misoperation on the battlefield.
The product has a built-in multi-layer shielding structure, and the metal shell and the grounding contact form a 360° electromagnetic shielding layer, which effectively suppresses battlefield electromagnetic pulse interference and ensures signal transmission stability.
