1. Product Features
The K-type DHG floating socket is based on an active structure and realizes displacement compensation of ±0.8mm on the X/Y axis through built-in elastic elements (such as spring contacts or elastic brackets), which effectively alleviates the connection stress caused by thermal expansion and contraction or mechanical vibration of outdoor equipment and prolongs its service life. The brass nickel-plated shell (thickness ≥1.0mm) has excellent corrosion resistance and can resist salt spray, ultraviolet rays and acid rain erosion. With a 360° metal shielding layer, it meets IP68 protection and EMC anti-interference requirements. The pin adopts a high-elastic copper alloy gold plating process (plating thickness ≥50μm), with a contact resistance as low as ≤1.5mΩ, supports high-frequency signal transmission (DC-1GHz), and has built-in waterproof rubber rings and dust plugs to adapt to harsh environments such as heavy rain and dust.
