The core innovation of this connector lies in the integrated design of floating structure and wire clamp protection. The floating socket/female head realizes axial and radial micro-displacement compensation through elastic metal terminal groups, effectively eliminating the poor contact problem caused by cable assembly error or equipment displacement, and ensuring the adaptive centering ability of the plugging and unplugging process. The built-in cable clamp adopts an elastic clamping structure, which can firmly fix cables of different diameters to prevent the cables from slipping or kinking during plugging and unplugging, and disperse the impact of external tension on the contact terminals. The optional protective tail sleeve is made of weather-resistant engineering plastic, which wraps the cable interface area to avoid bending stress concentration, prevent cable skin damage or internal conductor oxidation, and is especially suitable for application environments with frequent movement or small space.
The conductive parts are made of high-purity copper alloy, and the surface is nickel-plated. It has low contact resistance and corrosion resistance, and supports large current transmission (rated current can reach 16A); the shell is made of flame-retardant ABS material with IP54 protection level, which can resist dust intrusion and short-term water splashing. The floating stroke design allows an offset compensation range of ±1.5mm, adapting to the connection requirements in complex vibration scenarios, and supports parallel configuration of multiple pin core groups to meet high-density wiring requirements
