The ZPG PCB connector breaks the limitations of traditional straight-insert layout with its innovative angle design. Its “multi-solder point flexible matching” feature supports users to quickly adapt according to the actual needs of the circuit board through standardized pin spacing and diversified solder point configuration (such as different series numbers corresponding to different pin numbers), reducing customization costs. The installation method takes into account both efficiency and stability. It can be achieved through welding technology, or through positioning pins (A-F series) with screws to improve mechanical strength and adapt to long-term use in vibration environments. The product surface treatment process optimizes contact performance. The pins are made of high-conductivity brass substrate and gold-plated to reduce contact resistance and signal loss. The shell is made of high-strength nylon material to enhance impact resistance. The insulating parts are made of high-temperature resistant and flame-retardant materials to meet the reliability requirements in harsh environments.
