The connector adopts a rear-lock panel structure, supports dual fixing inside and outside the panel, is easy to install and has strong adaptability; built-in shock-absorbing waterproof gasket, effectively resists harsh environments such as dust and water splashes, and has an outstanding protection level; the pins can be selected by bare wire or circuit board welding to meet diverse wiring needs; the connection is locked by screws to prevent loosening and falling off, ensuring signal transmission stability and long-term reliability.
2. Product size and number of pins
Dimensions and specifications: Two thread specifications of M12×1.0 and M16×1.5 are provided. The outer diameter of the male head is 27.2mm, the length is 21mm, and the diameter at the interface is 16.1mm; the outer diameter of the female head is 25.8mm, the length is 19.7mm, and the diameter at the interface is 16.1mm. Both are equipped with a standard installation spacing of 3mm, which is suitable for mainstream panel openings.
Number of pins selection: Covering 7 specifications including Type A (4/5/8/12/17 pins), Type B (5 pins), and Type D (4 pins), with various male and female pinhole arrangements, supporting flexible configuration of 4-17 pins to meet the signal transmission requirements of different devices.
